The itinerary is the backbone of every quote. Each leg defines a movement — where the coach goes, how long it takes, how far, and what tolls apply. Arrival times cascade automatically as you fill in each leg.
Each leg has a departure time, drive time (minutes), distance (km), and optional tolls. The arrival time is calculated for you.
A Transfer leg moves passengers from A to B. A Standby leg is waiting time at a location — the coach is on the clock but not moving. Both types count toward your hourly rate calculation.
For simple A→B→A jobs, use Mirror return to duplicate the outbound legs in reverse — saves re-entering the same locations and times.
Use the insert button between legs to add a pickup or drop stop mid-route without disrupting the rest of the itinerary.
