1. About this service
CoachQuote is a job feasibility assessment tool designed for Australian coach and transport operators. It helps you estimate whether a job offer is financially viable by analysing your cost profile against offered pricing. It is not a financial planning service, accounting service, or regulatory compliance tool.
2. Trial period
CoachQuote is currently in a free trial period. No payments are processed and no credit card is required. Pricing and availability of features are subject to change when the platform moves to commercial operation. You will be notified before any charges apply.
3. NHVR and compliance guidance
Any NHVR hours checks, HVNL references, or compliance indicators displayed are indicative only. They are based on general parameters and do not account for your specific vehicle type, route conditions, driver exemptions, or any amendments to the Heavy Vehicle National Law. You, the operator, are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. CoachQuote accepts no liability for compliance decisions made in reliance on this platform.
4. Calculation accuracy
Calculations are estimates based entirely on the data you enter. CoachQuote makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of results. Do not rely solely on these results when making significant business decisions. Always verify figures with your own records and where appropriate, consult a qualified accountant or business adviser.
5. Data storage
During the trial period, all data you enter is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). CoachQuote does not transmit your business or client data to any external server during the trial. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your CoachQuote records. You are responsible for maintaining backup records of any data entered.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, CoachQuote's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of this platform is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
7. Intellectual property
The CoachQuote platform, including its calculation engine, interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Drumroll. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
